Frequently Asked Questions

  • I am interested in an item not listed on the website. Is it available?
    Yes, we carry many items not listed on the site. Please send us an email and we can provide you information regarding special order items.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept payment by certified funds, usually via credit card. If you need other forms of payment, please contact us for special arrangements.
  • My credit card was charged for an item not in stock, how come?"
    If an order is placed on our site, our payment processor (Square) automatically charges and settles the payment transaction. If you do not wish to proceed with the purchase, we will issue a refund the same day. It may take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days for this to post on your account, depending on you bank.
  • I wish to get a refund for something that is not in stock, how do I do that?"
    If any item is not in stock and you do not wish to wait for it, we will issue you a refund within 24 hours of your request. Depending on day of the week + your bank, the refund may take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to show up on your account. If the refund takes longer, please contact us to verify.
  • I wish to return something I purchased, how do I do that?"
    Please contact us prior to shipping an item back to us. We will give you an RMA number for return. Shipping charges for returned goods are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was shipped to you by mistake or you received the wrong item. For regular returns, a 20% restocking fee may apply. Please contact us if you have any questions.
  • What shipping services are available?
    We ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail by default. Expedited shipping services such as Next Day Air/Second Day Air/3 Day Select are available for an extra charge. For items that are large or bulky, we utilize truck freight. Unless you specify, we will choose the carrier at our discretion.
  • Can I send the package to a location that is different than my billing address?
    Yes, however you must arrange this with the carrier. We will only ship packages to the billing address; you can reroute the package after the carrier has made a delivery attempt.
  • How long does it take for an order to be shipped?
    If the item is in stock, it typically ships within 24-48 hours. If it's not in stock, we will contact you to verify the estimated lead time.
